Marc Fonvieille bc819bcd9a In SLIP section: 
- more s/kermit/Kermit
- add some missing tags, fix some others (for instance, use of keycap
  ones for a pressed key)
- Add a manual page entity for slattach(8) where needed
- s/for me// or s/me/freebsd-net mailing list/ where needed (same for "mine"
  usage)
