e4fb9fb481 Use w3m instead of lynx to format the text versions. It's table handling 
is superior, and the various translation teams are fine with it.

Use iSilo instead of pilot-makedoc to produce Palm compatible files.  It
works from the HTML and retains the formatting (including the internal
links) making it much nicer to work with than the output from pilot-makedoc.

3eb28c4858 Synchronize with English 1.27: 
Update the information about building a debugging kernel.  Remove the
individual steps, and replace with "make install".  Update the following
note to explain that kernel is installed, while kernel.debug remains as
a source of debugging symbols for gdb(1).

04d258c61b Yet another rewrite/restructure, this time of the mail chapter. I

2f83e27b9b Change id of the advanced topics section to porting so it doesn't break 
a bunch of stuff.  This is the reverse of what I committed to
www/en/ports/ports.inc earlier today.  I will be backing that change out
shortly.

535b364c47 Experimental support for building Palm Pilot DOC format files. The result 
works, but isn't great (at least in SmartDOC).  Still, if you want to carry
the FreeBSD FAQ on your Palm (or the Handbook for that matter) it's a start.

6db5c08c7b This is an almost complete re-write of the ports chapter of the 
handbook.  Most of the handbook will be rewritten, and this is the basic
3 part format each section will have, so there will be more of these
coming :-)
