2be1e25fc2 Replace 'SGML' with 'XML' in Makefile code and comments. A consequence of 
this was that 'SGMLFLAGS' had to be changed to 'XMLFLAGS' in
share/mk/doc.docbook.mk so that everything continued to build OK.

c62d5942d6 When editing or merging these files with UTF-8 as the default 
character set, they may be replaced/re-encoded.  Try to inhibit
auto-conversion to UTF-8, until we (inevitably?) switch to
el_GR.UTF-8 some time in the future.

fdd511088b Format the Greek FAQ with lang="el", so that chapter, appendix, 
and other book elements get replaced by correctly spelled Greek
equivalents throughout the book text.

a517909337 Greek FAQ: Remove extra spaces before </para> closing tags. 
The extra whitespace may generate spurious vertical space in some
output format (i.e. HTML).  Deleting it doesn't harm, I guess.
