2b3a6639c6 Correct the instructions provided for creating custom sendmail.cf 
files. It's ``make foo.mc'' and not ``make foo.cf''.

Complained about several times on the freebsd-questions mailing list.

6cc6f5b65b Bye bye Joe the contributer, hello Joe the committer.

order (the same as authors.ent).  (183 committers and only 3 developers
PGP keys?  Very poor show ;o)

f64dbb2f0a Sync with english version v1.14; fix some broken link ( same as Q:Q: problem) 
English version should be updated more often :

o The newest release information in en-FAQ is still 3.2-R.
o The ps/pdf/platin text files of {FAQ, handbook} are not existent anymore
  at this kind of link :

	http://www.FreeBSD.org/{FAQ, handbook}/{FAQ, handbook}.{file_format}

  Instead, FDP has a package set in our FTP site. the following link
should be documented into our doc :

	ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/pkg/

  If no volunteer(the en-FAQ is jesusr/nik's baby I think) I'll fix it
in both English and Chinese version soon.
