0fbe37009d - Move the note about mirrors above the table with links so there is a 
better chance that people will see it and use a mirror.
- Many people will also download from HTTP for ftp.freebsd.org
  content, so note that in the mirror text.
- amd64 is now quite common for all new systems, so also point people
  at that.

98762fd893 Give the Kernel Sources section of the Porter's Handbook a 
section ID so it does not clutter the filesystem when making
local changes to porters-handbook/book.sgml, making the 'clean'
make(1) target actually remove all files.

7309567487 New core-secretary PGP key. The previous one has been in use for 10 years, 
so with the rotating of the core team and a new core-secretary, it seems
a good time to generate a new key.

The new key has been signed both by myself, and by the old core-secretary
key.  The old key will be retired in due course.
