b6c930be29 Due to circumstances beyond his control, marius@ has decided 
it is best he step down from the RE Deputy Lead role.  We (re@
and core@) thank marius@ for his service on RE, and I am personally

cb9740cfcd Update to r54421: 
Track switch to libinput in xorg-server 1.20.8

Remove the Driver line from examples 5.7 and 5.9, thus making them
valid for both variant configurations of X (with or without libinput).

For 12.1 and xorg-server 1.20.8, add "Set kern.evdev.rcpt_mask=6 in
/etc/sysctl.conf if not using moused" important paragraph to section
"5.4.7.2. Mice and Pointing Devices".

0bcf967767 Update to r54386: 
Update the instructions for loading wifi drivers on FreeBSD versions
with or without devmatch. Mention that loading of drivers in
loader.conf or via rc.conf may be required for certain versions. It
should be done in order to have the lagg interface properly set up
at boot time.

fc3d8d111f Fix link to the FreeBSD Journal on the front page of FreeBSD.org 
After the refresh of the FreeBSD Foundation's website, some links changed,
which caused the link from the FreeBSD.org front page to the Journal to not
make the proper redirect anymore. Change the link to point to the new
location.

FreeBSD versions newer than 12.1 won't use portsnap anymore, so advise to use
Subversion instead.

3ceca207f0 Remove references to portsnap for newer FreeBSD versions. 
Provide instructions around the existing references for portsnap about how to
fetch ports for FreeBSD versions after 12.1 or 11.4, respectively.

While here:
- replace a stray public address with a RFC1918 private address
- move a plural outside of the <filename> tags
- update FreeBSD versions in poudriere examples
