940b35be79 Remove java-tomcat article: 
This article has been `out of shape' for quite
  some time now.  The idea of removing it has been
  discussed with some committers and contributors
  and we all came to the conclusion that it could
  be removed.  Quoting keramida@:

    ``Keeping out of date docs around is sometimes
       worse that not having documentation at all''

  This article is no longer relevant.

e012b19bd5 Hmm. Currently I have no idea why the index can ever be built with cyrillic 
entities inside (it seems it was never able to parse non-ASCII index terms).
For now, disable INDEX build again.
