764c5bfa51 Updates to the releng article: 
- Explicitly note 'doc/head/' is the parent path for the
   website files.
 - Update paths that have not been updated since the conversion
   to subversion.
 - Remove files that no longer exist.

9fb390caa3 Continue editing the XML primer for clarity and to conform with modern 
usage of the FDP tools.  The hippo did not want to give up the stilts
and pogo stick, but eventually agreed that it was best for everyone.

b0b78fa4e9 - Indexterms should not be embedded directly into a question or answer 
element but into a deeper paragraph, optimally right after the
  referenced word without spaces even [1] but somehow the schema allows
  badly nested indexterms.  Correct such entires in the whole documentation
  set.
- Add constraints to check for invalid indexterm entries.

bd7adfb41a Add a section showing use of <email> tags, both with and without 
"nolink".  Move the sample <procedure> inside the <example>, the
comment that noted procedures could not be inside examples is no
longer correct.

1d9bea10ed Merge the projects/entities branch into head/ 
The primary purposes are to clean up duplicated author definitions in
both share/xml/authors.ent and share/xml/developers.ent, and as a added
bonus simplify writing up author names/email addresses in web pages.

Apart from merging developers.ent into authors.ent, removing the former,
and updating the Committers Guide there should be little user-visible changes:
- a.portmgr renamed to a.portmgr.members
- a.doceng renamed to a.doceng.members
- team.re renamed to a.re.members.email and moved from
share/xml/freebsd.ent to share/xml/authors.ent
- a.core updated and moved from share/xml/mailing-lists.ent to
share/xml/teams.ent
- share/pgpkeys/{addkey.sh|README} updated

Translations are untouched except for build fixes.
