fad371fe20 Add temporary option %lang.ja.dsssl;. 
Current version of dsssl-docbook-modular has Japanese option, but
this doesn't satisfy our needs.
Until I write a patch, Japanese stylesheet should be off.

c4914d21f7 Fix up the white space damage from Nick Sayer's commit. 
It's not technically required, but it keeps things looking nice, and much
easier to understand.  This is important if people are going to be able
to learn DocBook by looking at the Handbook.  It also makes it easier
to follow the structure if you don't have an SGML savvy editor.

I'm going to be *at least* as anal about this as bde is about style(9).

46ad10792f Hmm. I already committed this remotely, it doesn't seem to have 'stuck'. 
Explicitly set %lang.ja to "IGNORE", it will need to be turned on with
something like

    jade -ilang.ja ...

a49230e352 Remove old hack to indent verbatim environments, and use new, Norm Walsh 
sanctioned hack to indent verbatim environments :-)

Explicitly turn off formatting a <variablelist> as a table, it's still
buggy.

Rename "usen-*" to "en-*", as the usage changed in the underlying
stylesheets.  The leader to a <warning> or <caution> should now have
the ":" in the correct position.

38c570d92b The DocBook Handbook has changed the names of some of the generated HTML 
files.  Update links to the Handbook in the FAQ to take account of this.

8318635721 Add Apps2go as *the* Motif offering to use. XiG's Motif is useless now. 
Add Metro Link's Accelerated X server.  It is IMHO a much nicer offering
than XiG's and supports more cards than XiG does.

eb68f8d9e6 Finish the last commit, so that the html-split files are now properly 
tar'ed and installed.  Prompted by JKH.

Turn 'distribute' in to a NOP, so that the LinuxDoc Handbook is not
smashed by this one during "make release".  We're almost ready to do
the switch. . .
