228c9457f6 Freshening up of the Linux Emulation section, inspired by docs/2780: 
- using &rel.current; instead of hardcoding release names
- removed redundant section on determining presence of Linux emulation
- corrected paths
- change 2.2-RELEASE to `2.2-RELEASE and later' in a couple of places
- added a small section on the use of `brandelf'
- removed a old comment about ELF support being new
- made the text a little more precise in a few places

6c1f5aa3b3 Fixed various broken links. 
The file:/usr/src/sys/i386/boot/biosboot/README.386BSD is probably false,
but I don't have a checked out tree at hand, and I'd rather would let that
point to some http or ftp source (at least alternatively). Will check later
today.

6b6a33f581 Mentioned that a disk with bad blocks and sector remapping on is 
probably due for replacement.
Added a note to Q 4.5 that some NE2000 cards report timeouts when
  there is no link on the UTP port.

d50e504f51 Rewrote Q 10.15 to reflect reality.

ddbf850f8e If the ported software has a homepage, you should list it in pkg/DESCR. 
This is so that k001 things like wosch's script can link to them, making
port-browsing much more meaningful.  Now, if someone will add similar
functionality to pkg_add(1).  ;)
