28c5e3b857 Remove bogus <advisory> element that had been inserted as a workaround 
for an issue with www/en/security/mkindex.xsl.  The issue was fixed with
revision 1.3 of mkindex.xsl.

a13fda0564 Bring the C99 conformance project status page up to date: 
- tjr documented f*lockfile(3) last January.

	- I implmented FP support for the ' modifier in printf(3)
	  last April.

	- I implemented and documented %a/%A a few days ago.
	  Ping timeout on the person originally assigned to the task.

	- We switched to vendor sources for dtoa()/strtod() last March.

	- Mike and I implemented fpclassify() and friends last February.

	- FLT_EVAL_METHOD and DECIMAL_DIG have been in float.h for a while.

519ff9c9ed I received an IDE CD burner, so no longer need one. 
I'm looking for an SGI 1100 motherboard, the original on a system I'm
using for testing has broken, leaving me with a nicely functional
system (leaving aside the motherboard).  The original systems cost
about $3000, but SGI wants $5000 for a replacement motherboard...
