b387b66c9c "Gallery" as a keyword is pretty meaningless and we don't have one any 
more; remove it from the META keywords and add "Ports" instead, which we
do have (and which are a major plus for the project).

3cb4b2fa46 Introduce a new entity, cgibase, which points at where our CGI scripts 
can be found, i.e., http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi at the moment.

This allows for easier pre-commit testing of CGI scripts, and avoids
SNAFUs with an incorrect URL being committed, as has happened a couple
of times recently.

en/ should be fully converted with this commit; other languages need to
be updated, but are in mid merge molasses at present so I have not
touched them.

f03c6de3ab Note that <ds> sent me a replacement SGI motherboard long since, and 
add him to the donor page (yet again!).

Remove some other want list items that are no longer relevant or
required.

Add a new wantlist item: since I no longer work for NAI/McAfee/SPARTA,
I no longer have a notebook to use on travel.  As such, I'm looking
for one.  Ideally with a service plan that covers three continents :-).

526e1e8250 Remove the old register script. It is no longer used within our website 
and all the translations caught up. Except for es/support.sgml and
es/publish.sgml, but they are old. This also fixes a cleanup for
ceri which he started long time ago.

b58f3a3466 - Use concat() instead of successive <xsl:value-of>. 
- Remove $day in html-index-news-press-items because
  currently press.xml does not have <day>.
  It should be fixed first that the press.xml file has
  duplicate information such as year/name and story/date
  in a not-reusable way.

46d90b0fce Replace (R) and TM in the UTF-8 encoding with ASCII temporarily 
because they do not make sense in the EUC-JP encoding.
XXX: needs to be fixed in more reasonable way.
