a01b4db776 Suggest using /etc/rc.d/mountd onereload' instead of reload', 
to make sure that `mountd' is (re)loaded even if it's not yet
enabled in `/etc/rc.conf'.

Ideally, `mountd' should already be enabled in `rc.conf', but if
`mountd_enable' is not set to "YES" in `rc.conf', then running
the rc.d script with a plain `reload' argument does nothing.
Using `onereload' (with the rc.d-specific `one' prefix) makes
sure that `mountd' is temporarily enabled for the run of this
rc.d script and it does indeed reload its config files.

5406fdb148 In the "filtering bridge" section, add a note about how to pass arp packets 
through the firewall.  This is useful in cases where a user may not wish to
set IPFIREWALL_DEFAULT_TO_ACCEPT.

1574e97672 On 2004/07/12 we grew 5 more callout images, but the default value 
for %callout-graphics-number-limit% remained 10 in docbook-dsssl
and the new images were not used.  So we need to specify our own
value for %callout-graphics-number-limit%.

Note that in docbook-xsl callout.graphics.number.limit is 15 now.
OTOH docbook-dsssl hasn't been updated for 2 years and keeps the
old default.
