ff23c5f63a Get branches.ascii from a different location, the one in the English 
section recently disappeared.

I'm very sorry for messing with this but re@ is trying to get the
4.10-BETA builds done and the doc build is failing because of this.
Please feel free to fix this some other way if you like.

6b326c5ca1 Workaround issue when jade is unable to find extra files (non-sgml) in order 
to insert them "in-place" into artcle.sgml.  In order to avoid it we just
make a temporary copy of files located in english directory into ${.OBJDIR}.
