Cut the System Administration chapter roughly in half. Create a new
chapter: Disks, Filesystems, and Boot Loaders.
Put new chapter in rough order:
*new hard disks
*UFS tricks
*foreign filesystems
*foreign loaders
*removeable disks
*misc
This makes the monstrous System Administration chapter short enough to
be almost usable.

Add descriptions of what a port distfile is, and how it's used. Use
the word distfile instead of "the program source code.
Not certain if this commit message is formatted correctly: the
X-forwarded emacs doesn't present the standard commit template. Must
ask my mentor why not, but don't want to leave this hanging.

Please check to escape special characters (such as '<', '>'...) in
<programlisting> element.
Some software (like PGPfreeware 7.0.3) includes string such
as "<http://www.pgp.com>" in comment of public key block.
We should escape these characters in addition to our mail addresses.
this as an article for a German-language newsgroup, and people felt
there's a lot of misconception about the topic around, so they urged
me to publish it. Eventually, Matthias Schuendehuette submitted an
English translation of the article to me and asked me to review it.
Finally, Kirk graciously reviewed it, too.

to ports as in the FreeBSD Ports Collection.
As pointed out by Nik and others, the <port> tag is not the best way
to mark up Ports Collection ports. However, for the present it is
the best we have, and the least we can do is be consistent in its
usage :)

- Correct a factual error in the "Transactions" section (which I
wrote mostly off the top of my head)
- Add a note about discrepancies in the original PAM paper to the (as
yet unwritten) "PAM Application Programming" section.
- Fill in the sample PAM application, and make room for an (as yet
unwritten) sample PAM module.
