Benedict Reuschling 708beaa6f8 MFde: Update the German documentation set. 
We are very grateful for the contributions from Benjamin Lukas and
Fabian Ruch. Benjamin has provided the outstanding translation of
the handbook chapter about MAC. Fabian put in an enormous amount of
time and work to update the Porters handbook to the latest version.
