67a1702cec Remove almost all instances of "try and <verb>" from the docs. 
There is one remaining place in the fdp-primer, but that needs
a bit more work.

b1ef756cc3 Remove unremoved ".ie t" phrase in AUTHORS section. 
Some Japanese manpages used ".ie t" phrase in AUTHORS section, until
jman command became to specify -mtty-char for groff invocation.  When
jman became to specify -mtty-char around Jan 2001, I removed most of
such ".ie t" phrases.  I realized that I forgot to update following
files and right now have revisited them.

2c0a3fff85 Change ${PREFIX} to a ${LOCALBASE} to give the, hopefully, good example. 
This example is bad in that the inn port doesn't have this etc/innd file
anymore.

647d421317 - Finish properly sentences with fullstops. 
- Change FreeBSD Power Pak to PowerPak (as FreeBSD Mall lists it).
- Change packages -> applications.  Packages do not have compile time
  options.
- Add tags <username>, <option>, <keycap>, <replaceable>, <filename>
  and <makevar> at a few places.
- Add index entry for pkg_version.

771653bb34 Change CTS/RTS to RTS/CTS. A google search, a grep on the doc/* 
files, and a grep on all the manpages shows that this is used more
often.  Try to be a tiny bit more consistent.

o ip6fw.8 (add missing punctuations, remove a garbage line, and
  add missing .An -nosplit line)
o isdnd.8 (fix wrong translation in the last sentense in EXAMPLES)
o jail.8 (fix wrong transltation related to empty /etc/fstab description)
o kldunload.8 (SYNOPSIS was not same as original)
o lpc.8 (use correct Japanese wording)
