dcfc37ed14 Point a new user to documentation explaining how to upgrade an existing 
port before telling them how to create a new port.

Belatedly document MLINKS.

1cae09439c Remove a <email>freebsd-bugs</email> and replace it with freebsd-bugs. It 
was placing a mailto:freebsd-bugs in the browser.  Changed to be like
the freebsd-questions reference right below it.

Also remove Alan Cox from the additional contributors list. He's been
a committer since late February.

05d191f662 freebsd.org -> FreeBSD.org, which seems to be the domain name of choice. 
FreeBSD, Inc. now owes me a new keyboard as I've seemed to have worn out
my "shift" and "`" key from sending vi so many "~"s. :->
