1f74559b2f Remove reference to #freebsd on efnet. It isn't a support channel and 
having it first on the list might cause people to visit is mistakenly.

458dd34239 This, mostly in order: 
- Adds a trademark attribution for NetBSD
 - Makes the spelling of DragonFly BSD consistent
 - Mention x86-64 as a common non-FreeBSD name for the amd64 platform
 - Fix several grammar and spelling issues
 - Mention that SMP support is enabled in the default kernel
 - Mention the sysv modules are default, but also available as modules
 - Default to "xterm" not "cons25", note that <9 uses "cons25"
 - Move one paragraph around so that "This" refers to the correct thing
 - Replace a reference that still existed to UserConfig (!)
 - Remove reference to the defunct "mbone" ports category
 - Remove derogatory comment about Windows, untrue for ~13 years

faa9a8a756 This patch addresses the following:

- Vinum changed to <devicename>vinum</devicename>

- merge intro and 22.2

- merge 22.5.3 and 22.5.4

- modernized 22.9.1 as gvinum used since 5.x

- fixed filesystem to file system

- remove "" between literals as the literal output does not include it

4081e218db Drop two questions from the FAQ: 
o "How do I uninstall Kerberos" - Answer is almost entirely wrong, and
    I don't think I've ever seen anybody ask this so it's hardly an FAQ
  o "How do I add pseudoterminals to the system?"
    This question actually lacked any form of answer.  It is also no
    longer required in >=9.0, so just drop it

8a9932bffe - Add copyright for 2013 
- Point users to new source of software. (location name and source have
changed).
  - cvs -> svn
  - freebsd-update-server -> freebsd-update-build
- Add instructions how to get software, as download via tarball is
no-longer an option.
- Role change for Security Officer
- Drop tip for rst packets as this is no longer an issues with all supported
versions of FreeBSD.
- Drop two tip comments as they have been merged into document. (one
previously, and one for this diff)

a918fb2bb5 Remove duplicate index entry, which is repeated a few lines above 
We don't have support for multiple <indexterm> elements pointing to
different parts of the same <sect1> right now. It requires a few
radical changes to collateindex.pl, so we can only have _one_ point
for each indexterm in each sect1.

3c0e1737cf The Ideas list moved to the wiki some time ago, change entries in the site 
map to point to it.

I'm not particularly happy about linking to the wiki from the main site,
but this change seems like the least-bad option, for now at least.
