73ec5f655c Fix whitespace bogons (converted some tabs to spaces). Ironic, since

03e32648ec Added DOC_PREFIX definition. A temporary hack until all the tutorials 
are in DocBook.

Added "html" to the list of default formats.

The primer can now be included in regular builds.

1288a84194 People keep e-mailing me saying things like "Nik, when are you going to 
remove the LinuxDoc Handbook?"

I got bored of writing lots of replies.  And so, please, a moments
silence for the LinuxDoc Handbook.  It has served us well, but now the
time has come to move one.

doc/handbook is dead!  Long live doc/en/handbook!

c4ab126805 My primer for people new to the Doc. Proj. Incomplete, but should be 
enough for most people, and gets it into the repository, making it
easier for others to add to as necessary.

This has not (yet) been turned on in the upper level Makefile or
listed on the web site yet, I want to get some more feedback
from readers first.  It should be "made visible" later this week.

ed34512f59 Includable Makefile, contains most of the logic for converting DocBook 
into a variety of different formats.  Contains a lot of code that used
to be in doc/en/handbook/Makefile, the commit log for that file will
probably prove useful as well.

348e2fb8c1 Add new html-split.tar target, for building an (optionally) compressed 
tar file of the HTML files.  Functionality stays the same, but the
method is slightly different.

*.html-split.tar{.gz,.bz2,.zip} now removed on "make clean" as well,
as pointed out by Shadowfax, or Strider, or whatever Satoshi's calling
himself these days. . .
