99246cc79d It has been over 5 years since I generated my old GPG key and I'm not sure that 
I can remember which, or even how many, systems it has been stored on over that
time.

Here's my new key (signed by the old key and the security officer key) along
with a revocation certificate for the old key.

4ca1917f8e Make several changes to the Committers Guide: 
* The CD- and DVD-set are no longer available per subscription, but at conferences
* Remove all contractions but "Who's Who"
* Several language and SGML fixes
* Fix capitalization
* Add 2008, since content changes were made last year
* Fix the logical sense of a sentence.

b8f42eff83 Add a section on updating the documentation set. It describes some 
methods for updating, like using CVSup and rebuilding the documentation
from source, and using Docsnap.  Of course, other methods can be added
later on, you can think of it as a stub for such methods.

Note: The sub-section about Docsnap is temporarly disabled as there is
no active Docsnap server at the moment.
