57df1a41a3 The Portsnap port' or just Portsnap' is better than `Portsnap port' here.

fcbded9e42 - Clean up wording about FTP servers and web servers. 
- <application>ify.
- Add missing "this".
- Remove a few occurrences of "probably".
- Fix a link to the FDP Primer and remove some incorrect notes that should have been comments.
- Correct that public CVS mirrors should sync once an hour.
- Fix various grammar nits.
- Remove a note about needing to use make(1) to build the website.

48cc251fea Remove link to freebsd.dk/ata since it isn't working for some time and 
we now support most drives.  Reword a whole bunch of stuff as a result,
including getting rid of some 4.x/early 5.x specific text.

74a685c1af - Set si_drv1 in mypci_attach(). 
- Add a note describing the new bus_*() functions that take a struct
  resource * and thus don't need the bus tag and handle in the softc
  that are in FreeBSD 7.0 and later.
- Minor fixups in return values and a compile nit in mypci.c.

fd7a41a404 - Move build targets for book.{ps,pdf} of the handbook to the LI part. 
- Add NO_{TEX,PLAINTEXT,RTF} and NO_{TEX,PLAINTEXT,RTF}_LANG knobs not to
  build or install broken files[*].

74ae653a3d Being changes from the local CVS Repository: 
- Add a comment about the fact that HTML* variables are overriden.
 - Fix a bug introduced in previous change where CJKTEXSTY_TEX_FLAGS
   was spelled as CJKTEXSTY_PDFTEX_FLAGS, which will downgrade PDF
   generation quality.
