51ce241068 The current screenshot for the Auto Defaults Disklabel mode is for a 
160GB disk and a 1GB or so of RAM when all the examples in this chapter
are based on a 8GB disk and 256MB of RAM.  Let's correct that with an
example matching the installation hardware.

036be48428 Update porters handbook to sync to new autotools world order: 
* remove warning that the versions cannot be used for cross-development
  outside of the ports tree, this is no longer true

* add reference to the 'autotools' USE_AUTOTOOLS construct (for ports)
  and ports/devel/autotools to bring in all available versions of
  autotools

* remove table mapping old constructs to USE_AUTOTOOLS stanzas, since
  they haven't been present for a long time.

66d08429a4 - s/-lpthread/-pthread/ back on "4.4 Patching" section. 
"This variable usually has the value of -pthread, but on certain
   architectures and FreeBSD versions it can have different values,
   so do not just hardcode -pthread into patches and always use PTHREAD_LIBS."

82ae2bef7b - Each base/ files fit on a conventional 1.44&nbsp;MB floppy. 
And the 5.25" floppy/1.2 MB disk has been unpopular a lone times ago
  in fact. Therefore, remove the  5.25" floppy/1.2 MB disk related stuff.

- Update the "Creating Installation Floppies" section.
