When editing or merging these files with UTF-8 as the default
...
character set, they may be replaced/re-encoded. Try to inhibit
auto-conversion to UTF-8, until we (inevitably?) switch to
el_GR.UTF-8 some time in the future.

Add %SOURCE% and %SRCID% comments to the Greek translation.
...
These will be useful for a script we are preparing, to help
us keep up with the English revision id we translated.
While here, translate some toplevel comments which were left
in their original English format, and try to 'standardize' a
bit the way we begin Greek documentation files.

Update of the doc/el_GR.ISO8859-7 documentation, to catch up with
...
the latest developments in the Greek translation team. This one
brings in many resync/MFen changes for articles, and a new book:
The Greek Handbook
We still have a lot of work to do in the Handbook tree, but the
work of the following people has been instrumental in getting us
so far already:
