mmroff.1 came from mmroff.7.
Following changes will be delivered later: groff_www.7, groff_char.7,
groff_ms.7 and roff.7.

Some Japanese manpages used ".ie t" phrase in AUTHORS section, until
jman command became to specify -mtty-char for groff invocation. When
jman became to specify -mtty-char around Jan 2001, I removed most of
such ".ie t" phrases. I realized that I forgot to update following
files and right now have revisited them.

jpman project specific RCS keyword (jpman %Id) is obsolete,
after manual entries are stored in freefall CVS repository.
This old Id is useless and more worse it confuses users and bug reporters.
So, this old Id is removed.
