d690846d6f Don't mention that HTTP is supposedly more efficient than FTP. 
If we don't have numbers, it's better not to spread rumours.
Expand a bit on the section of HTTP server choises, mentioning Apache,
thttpd and boa as alternatives.

75c66954c8 Fix minor typo and following mistranslations: 
o Meaning for "effectively" is not correctly translated (newfs.8)
o spc is "sectors per cluster", not "sectors per sector" (newfs_msdos.8)

23be42b06b Round #1 of various updates/fixes to this article. 
In the bandwidth requirements section:
- Properly finish sentences with fullstops.
- Remove "probably" and similar words.  We shouldn't sound like we
  don't know if the requirements are true.

cec8304525 Attack of the whitespace police. These are whitespace changes only, 
translators can ignore them.

In the future, please use tabs for 8 spaces and two spaces after a
period.  This should be in the FDP Primer if it's not already (it's
been beaten to death on -doc a few times over the years).

489a87ef81 MFP4 (change 8929): 
Don't make the assumption that source files are writable.
	The FDP infrastructure has a few constructs of the form
	"cp foo bar; cat baz >> bar".  This breaks if foo isn't
	writable (as is frequently the case in P4 work directory).

b1ef756cc3 Remove unremoved ".ie t" phrase in AUTHORS section. 
Some Japanese manpages used ".ie t" phrase in AUTHORS section, until
jman command became to specify -mtty-char for groff invocation.  When
jman became to specify -mtty-char around Jan 2001, I removed most of
such ".ie t" phrases.  I realized that I forgot to update following
files and right now have revisited them.
