66d08429a4 - s/-lpthread/-pthread/ back on "4.4 Patching" section. 
"This variable usually has the value of -pthread, but on certain
   architectures and FreeBSD versions it can have different values,
   so do not just hardcode -pthread into patches and always use PTHREAD_LIBS."

82ae2bef7b - Each base/ files fit on a conventional 1.44&nbsp;MB floppy. 
And the 5.25" floppy/1.2 MB disk has been unpopular a lone times ago
  in fact. Therefore, remove the  5.25" floppy/1.2 MB disk related stuff.

- Update the "Creating Installation Floppies" section.

cd0a7762c9 Inform the reader what Xorg version is covered (via &xorg.version;) 
and point him to previous Handbook archives for earlier Xorg versions.
This should prevent confusions with X11BASE change etc.
