e45341cab8 - Fix a tiny problem on eps images blocked proper ps2pdf conversions of

7b03a5b944 - Remove the chapter on DMA from FreeBSD Developers' Handbook since it 
is no longer valid, however there could be added a new chapter on
  busdma [1] instead of this one

3cbb0a2679 Update Question 2.2: 
- Make listing of the document's language and encoding more explicit,
  add country names for each encoding
- Move the note for Microsoft's Rich Text Format from <footnote> to
  <note> therefore fix its rendering
- Replace "Zip" with "<literal>zip</literal>"

47ec534964 Complete the Greek translation of Handbook's 'x11' chapter 
This commit marks a milestone for the Greek Documentation Project: The entire User's Handbook is now translated!
Work will of course continue, with more fixes and updates as well as new chapters from the Administration Handbook and other documents.

319a1fcbec - Remove reference to MS-Windows, because since the last rewrite, the section 
does not refer to Windows anymore
- Remove reference to IPSEC_ESP kernel option, which does not exist anymore
- Add "device crypto", which is required to compile a kernel with IPSEC
- In the ipsec rc.d script setkey.conf is parsed by setkey, so convert it
  from shell script to setkey syntax
- Add racoon_enable to the rc.conf section so racoon is started on boot
- The whole section uses the setkey from ipsec-tools so set ipsec_program in
  rc.conf for consistency
