First? step in cleaning up our Polish mirror entries:

- www.pl.FreeBSD.org    - HTTP has not seen an update since 2007        - remove it from the list
- www2.pl.FreeBSD.org   - dead                                          - remove it from the list
- ftp3.pl.FreeBSD.org   - broken sind 2010-02-16                        - comment out this entry
- ftp5.pl.FreeBSD.org   - dead                                          - remove it from the list
