a7ecf541de releng-packages: remove it 
- remove article about releng packages
	- we no longer produce multi-cd releases
	- CVS is not our VCS system
	- we havn't releaseed with xfree86 is years
	- section 1 about the 'ports cluster' is now entirely untrue and
	  been disclaimed by portmgr

411bbe20b8 cvs-freebsd: fully remove it

db5df9d85f attempt to fix build breakage 
If I understand correctly the build broke because the non-english articles
import from the english version of fbsd-from-scratch.

Remove the translated articles for the articles I removed in English

e8e2dfdbab - Do not specify image file extensions in documents; the proper extension 
is appended during rendering
- For the same reason, do not specify format either
- Add constraints to enforce this

5340c99b42 Misc igor-inspired fixes 
- Use an entity to consistently type 'nVidia' with the right
  capitalization (which also 'hides' the weird capitalization
  from igor, and fixes some of its warnings).
- Capitalize section titles correctly
- Reindent some tags that were mis-aligned with their parent.

2be1e25fc2 Replace 'SGML' with 'XML' in Makefile code and comments. A consequence of 
this was that 'SGMLFLAGS' had to be changed to 'XMLFLAGS' in
share/mk/doc.docbook.mk so that everything continued to build OK.

ab4404d968 Fix a double-negative about dynamic linking with GPL code 
The double negative is sort of obvious: "not linking with GPL
code is not a GPL violation" (and cannot be).  It is the case of
_linking_ dynamically with GPL code that we are interested in.

c62d5942d6 When editing or merging these files with UTF-8 as the default 
character set, they may be replaced/re-encoded.  Try to inhibit
auto-conversion to UTF-8, until we (inevitably?) switch to
el_GR.UTF-8 some time in the future.

5513123fa8 Reword parts of the Greek bsdl-gpl article, add missing commads around 
subsentences, fix a batch of typos [1], replace literal "quotes" with
<quote> elements so we get Greek quotes for inline quoted terms,
capitalize `Lite' in `BSD 4.4-Lite', and add a `Local variables' section
near the end of the file so it opens with the correct coding-system when
edited with Emacs.
