ee162941f7 Add nl_NL.po as full translation of the solid-state article. 
The information was copied from the original translation from
Rene Ladan (rene@) and put in the po system.

Patch docbook-mk-dependencies.diff from wblock@ tested succesfully:
On a modified English tree, (make po ; poedit ; make tran ; make) merges the
po file and regenerates article.translate.xml, article.xml, and article.html

file with their English equivalents, to match what 'make po' now generates.

Regenerate the article.xml file.

5116765e88 Update the Dutch translation of the "Explaining BSD" article and convert it 
to a PO file.  The translated strings in the PO file were manually retro-fitted from the original Dutch translation.

Entities are expanded, which seems fine for e.g. &unix; or &sunos;, but for
&tm-attrib.*; 'make po' fills in the Dutch translations as the msgid.  This
means one has to either replace that with the English expansion or with their
original names. I did the latter for now.

The resulting XML file is not altered.  The PO file might have some lines
concatenated, the various tools like make and poedit do not seem very
consistent nor caring about this.  There are both single and double spaces
in the PO file after a full stop.

fed280633e Save the translation strings for the Dutch leap seconds article here for now. 
This might not be necessary when something like Pootle is available.

Set svn:keywords to FreeBSD=%H to make svn happy.

cee44e220c Add the Dutch translation of the leap second article to test the new PO-based 
translation system. The resulting XML file is not altered manually.

Manually propset svn:keywords to FreeBSD=%H on article.xml to make svn happy.

a1dcb10fa9 Administrative-only commit (no content changes):
