d7c6bfaf03 Delete obsolete TODO tasks for syscons. 
- Mouse support in syscons is already here with us.
- Both syscons and pcvt use common keyboard code, kbdio.
Fix typo.
- VT switching is not invoked by ALT-TAB, but ALT-Fn.
