f902e14e93 Duplicate FAQs, one in "installation" and one in "advanced topics" 
Remove the "creating custom boot floppies" question from the "advanced
topics" section.  People generally want to know about that for
installations, and there is a question about building your own release
in the advanced section that will point the clueful in the correct
direction.

3579b70726 Now that the Handbook knows how to cut a release, point there instead 
of having tutorial in the FAQ.

This commit affects two FAQs; the original tutorial, and one that
pointed at that tutorial.

5b280f8039 "Why does recompiling the latest ISC BIND fail?" 
It doesn't.

If this question had been phrased more usefully ("why does recompiling
BIND 8 on FreeBSD 2.2.5 fail" or somesuch), I would say to keep this
until we start over with the FreeBSD 5.x FAQ.  Since this entry now
contains absolutely no useful information, whatsoever, in any form,
other than to let us know at some time in the past seven years some
version of FreeBSD had a problem with some version of BIND, I'm taking
it out behind the barn and disposing of it with extreme prejudice.
