420ba82dd6 Updates to the release-related website bits: 
- Enable the 'download page' URL on the schedule.
- Add arm64/aarch64 virtual machine images and installer image URL.
- Add RPI2 SD card image URL.
- Comment the 12-CURRENT snapshot URLs, no snapshots are available
  yet.

993ef702ba Formatting and style pass through the 2016Q2 report 
Capitalize FreeBSD in FreeBSD.org domain names and email addresses,
and use &os; most elsewhere (but not for the Foundation).
Use title case for <url> bodies (and keep newlines out of them).
