cbfb2961ae Another update to high profile FreeBSD web sites list : 
1. Add Sina.cn, 18th most trafficed web property in the world
   according to Alexa, and running FreeBSD for its CDN at least
   according to netcraft and an employee confirmation.

2. Remove sophos.com, 22,304 most trafficed web property in the world
   according to Alexa.

6611edb092 Remove Blue Mountain Arts, Supervalue, and JMA Wired from the list of 
large websites running FreeBSD.  I don't believe any of these are
particularly large, nor is there any recent evidence that they run
FreeBSD.  It's not even clear to me that these domains belong to the
same companies as when they were added to this list in 2002.

Add Rambler, second largest web properties in Russia.

Add a new section, about devices and products built on FreeBSD.  Add
Apple, Cisco, Juniper, and NetApp to that list.

5dbb56a6a8 Add Yandex.ru to the list of high profile sites using FreeBSD. This 
is the second highest traffic site running FreeBSD I am aware of,
after the combined Yahoo! properties.

cce21e8660 The config dump syntax for hard-coding the dump location before 
dumpon(8) can be executed has been deprecated since FreeBSD 4.x and no
longer works.  Use the loader instead.

1cb17307ec Reword the introduction to de-emphasize the primacy of USENET as a 
FreeBSD community communication channel, and add a reference to web
forums.

Reword the paragraph about choosing the appropriate mailing list to
again de-emphasize USENET and encourage the user to choose the most
appropriate technical mailing list according to the charters.

Note that freebsd mailing list archives are kept in perpetuity, and
users with privacy conerns should consider using a disposable
secondary email address and only posting public information. [1]

Re-organize the "Web Resources" section into a new first section about
"Forums, Blogs, and Social Networks" with references to the FreeBSD
Forums, Planet FreeBSD, and the BSDConferences YouTube channel.

Move the long list of web mirrors to a second section appropriately
titled as such.  The former section just listed many dozen mirrors of
www.freebsd.org under "web resources" which was less useful.

6a337ea69f * Add id="" attributes to some sect3 elements that didn't have any. 
* Move a few <indexterm> elements before the paragraph that mentions
  them.  I'm not sure if this has any effect on the index link
  location, but we usually write index terms before the relevant
  paragraph.
