2b7718eeed - Fix the font name of `grfixed-8x16.fnt' (it includes a dash) [1] 
- Use LANG="el_GR.ISO8859-7" by default.  The original LANG="C" is ok
  for my own taste, but for full Greek support, the correct environment
  value is "el_GR.ISO8859-7" [2]
- Tweak the GNU Emacs startup code a bit.  In Emacs 22.X and later we
  don't need a `set-language-environment' call anymore.

87d8d04e05 Add %SOURCE% and %SRCID% comments to the Greek translation. 
These will be useful for a script we are preparing, to help
us keep up with the English revision id we translated.

While here, translate some toplevel comments which were left
in their original English format, and try to 'standardize' a
bit the way we begin Greek documentation files.

eb2c85db96 Update of the doc/el_GR.ISO8859-7 documentation, to catch up with 
the latest developments in the Greek translation team.  This one
brings in many resync/MFen changes for articles, and a new book:

        The Greek Handbook

We still have a lot of work to do in the Handbook tree, but the
work of the following people has been instrumental in getting us
so far already:

4510128470 Remove java-tomcat article. There is no en_US.ISO8859-1 version of this 
article anymore, so there is no reason to keep an out of date, old
translation of it around.

17f7a3674a Simplify the doc/el_GR Makefiles by avoiding unnecessary local 
`TIDYFLAGS+= -raw'.

Revision 1.93 of doc/share/mk/doc.docbook.mk has Killed by signal 2.tion
unconditionally for all the docs.

aa524afbbc Add "Original version:" comment to keep track of the en_US revision 
we're in sync with.

List me as the maintainer of this article, as I've been working with
copies of the FreeBSD CVSROOT tree both at home and my $realjob for a
while now, and I can track any changes to this part of the docs easily.
